Professional Bio:

Elizabeth is a bond restructuring specialist who helps issuers and their advisors accomplish successful bond-related initiatives such as tender offers, consent solicitations, exchange offers and schemes of arrangement. Having represented all sides including trustees, creditors’ committees, issuers and underwriters, she has a thorough understanding of each party’s needs and can contribute a unique perspective to the process.
 

Elizabeth previously worked in the Securities Practice Group of White & Case in both New York and Hong Kong. In 2001, she left to join the Legal and Compliance Group of UBS Warburg, and three years later, she opened the Hong Kong office of what is now Lynchpin Bondholder Management. 
 

Over her career, Elizabeth has worked on numerous cross-border bond restructurings, She conducts seminars for law firms, accounting firms and banks to help education financial professionals on the mechanics of debt-related corporate actions and global the clearing systems.  www.lynchpinbm.com
