The New Jersey network was founded in 2004 with the goal of connecting the many savvy women professionals here who comprise the insolvency and restructuring community. Through networking events, cocktail receptions, and educational programs, we deliver a wide range of benefits to our members and attendees.

New practitioners especially value the chance to get to know senior members of the restructuring community in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The IWIRC mentoring program provides more structured engagement for new professionals to gain business development, networking and leadership skills.
